Holland Greentech Kenya used the Naivasha HortiFair 2026 to engage directly with growers and provide practical solutions to some of the challenges facing horticultural production across Sub-Saharan Africa. The company said its two days at the horticultural exhibition provided an opportunity for its experts to hold detailed discussions with growers, understand their specific production challenges and offer tailored technical advice.

Having its technical team on site enabled Holland Greentech Kenya to assess individual grower needs and discuss solutions designed to support crops through different stages of production, from young plants to full bloom. Among the solutions presented were growing media, biostimulants and shading agents, alongside field-based agronomy services aimed at helping growers address crop challenges and improve production.

The company said its approach goes beyond supplying products, with dedicated field agronomy services forming part of its commitment to providing growers with long-term technical support. “Having our experts on site allowed us to map out tailored advice for every grower who stopped by, sharing practical horticultural solutions that tackle crop challenges across Sub-Saharan Africa,” the company said in a statement following the exhibition. Holland Greentech Kenya also expressed appreciation to growers, partners and other visitors who engaged with its team during the fair, saying their participation contributed to the success of the event.

The Naivasha HortiFair 2026 brought together players from across the horticultural value chain, providing an important platform for growers, technology providers, input suppliers and other industry stakeholders to exchange knowledge, showcase solutions and explore opportunities within the region’s expanding horticulture sector.
