The World bank, supported by various players in the Agriculture sector made history during the launch of Disruptive Agriculture Technology (DAT), a technology based platform in farming.
This was a follow up of a knowledge and innovation challenge event that resulted in identifying fourteen (14) most promising digital technology innovators in Agriculture in Kenya.
The world bank then selected 16 counties to pilot the project in an event that also saw the launch of One Million Farmers platform as well as signing of MOU between the innovators and the participating counties.
